Return & Refund Policy: Text
We apologize! Unfortunately do COVID-19 and the currently unknown dangers associated with the COVID-19 illness we are temporarily NOT accepting returns on cosmetic items such as ALL make-up or skincare products that have been previously opened and/or NOT in original packaging . This decision is in place to prevent contamination of our products and facilities. Most importantly protect our employees,& customer family. All sales that do NOT qualify for a refund or store credit are FINAL. We hope to start returns and refunds on all Ahvia Innovations llc goods in the near future.
REFUNDS and RETURNS
Please note we reserve the right to refuse all returns, reships and refunds.
Qualifying goods that are eligible for a full refund require a notification request via email to support@ahviainnovations.com. This email should be titled REFUND REQUEST in the subject box. This should be completed within 7 days from the date of the product's arrival. This email will ensure a timely refund. Please allow a response email to be issued within 24-72 hours. The response email will include a free return shipping label. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to appear back onto your credit card. IF the original purchase was made via gift card or store credit, then the customer will be refunded in the same manner as the original form of purchase. Products MUST be unused and in its original packaging. ALL parts of the package must be included regardless of if the product is no longer intact or otherwise considered damaged and/or broken. If the item is broken, the customer MUST state this in the REFUND REQUEST email to avoid forfeiture of refund.
If you are unable to qualify for the full refund and/or return and still wish to return the item please email support@ahviainnovations.com a REQUEST for STORE CREDIT for a store credit at 100% value of your original purchase price. Please write REQUEST for STORE CREDIT in the subject line of the email. Email requests must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. The item(s) must be unused and in its original packaging. ALL parts of the package must be included regardless of if the product is no longer intact or otherwise considered damaged and/or broken. If the item is broken, the customer MUST state this in the REQUEST for STORE CREDIT. Please allow 24-72 hours for a response email that will include your return shipping label. Ahvia Innovations llc will pay up to $4 in return shipping fees. The remaining balance is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final store credit amount as a convenience to avoid additional out of pocket cost from the customer.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation email after 24 hours, please contact us at Support@Ahviainnovations.com with your inquiry.
I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER, WHAT DO I DO?
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, we will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer. Shipping rates are calculated at check out and cannot be modified after order has been submitted.
MY ITEMS ARRIVED DAMAGED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
In the unlikely event that a product arrived damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue, order number. Please send inquiries to Support@Ahviainnovations.com.
I RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM(S) WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I REFUSED MY DELIVERY, WHERE IS MY REFUND?
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED ORDERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE TO AN EMAIL?
Please allow up to 24-72 hours for a response to your email. Please note, this can be delayed occasionally if we're experiencing high order volumes.
